AutoPlay help selected offices within the Harcourts network raise the profile of their online listings with our Virtual Show Home Package. In our first few months of listing video over 10,000 videos were viewed on harcourts.co.nz – immediately making AutoPlay one of the most successful video vendors in this space. We’ve since moved past “proof of concept” and developed iPhone, desktop and iPad applications that allow agents to edit listings from anywhere, at any time. This has become a hugely popular tool and is often used by agents to help with appraisals and in listing presentations.

In early 2015 AutoPlay began providing video to the masses with a new, automated video product exclusive to Harcourts agents & offices. Using the Harcourts API AutoPlay are able to deliver custom videos that include overlaid icons for bedrooms, bathrooms and property size.

Toyota NZ have been working with AutoPlay since 2010 when we took over management of used vehicle inventory across the network – in the process streamlining TNZ’s data processes and dramatically cutting the amount of time wasted on double handling listings in systems that wouldn’t talk to each other.

We provide TNZ with a custom built API that feeds all used vehicle inventory through to individual dealership websites, and toyota.co.nz. We also work closely with the dealership network – providing tools such as Data Import/Export, Virtual Demos, Email Response Tool and Lead Management.

At any one time there are as many as 1,500 videos live on Toyota websites. Through our commitment to improving the quality of dealership listings and increasing the profile of used vehicle inventory AutoPlay have helped TNZ increase online used vehicle enquiry by 110% (Jan 2011 to Jan 2012)

Ray White agents in NZ & Australia have access to an automated video solution custom built for them. With a strong desire to improve the quality of property listings online, Ray White challenged AutoPlay to come up with a cost effective way of automating and streamlining the video creation process. The result was a tailored video solution utilising YouTube and Amazon Web Services to deliver video direct to both youtube.com and raywhite.com.

With integration to the Ray White ‘My Desktop’ system once offices sign up AutoPlay will automatically generate videos from a selection of transition and audio packages – making video accessible and cost effective across the whole network. Ray White offices & agents also have the ability to upgrade to our full Virtual Show Home product to personalise their property listings.

AutoPlay have worked with Kia NZ for a number of years – providing Virtual Demos, Live Leads and even dealer websites. At present we provide a custom API to populate the dealer used vehicle listings on kia.co.nz, and provide access to the Sales Pipeline in order to measure activity, performance and ROI throughout the Kia network.

The Sales Pipeline allows individual dealerships to manage leads more effectively and digitise the sales process through built in Test Drive forms and Email Response Tool. Dealers are also able to temporarily reserve KMNZ stock directly through the iPad App. At the brand level Kia are able to view leads, test drives and sales of any Kia, at any Kia dealership. Kia can also measure the true effect of promotional activity and contrast performance vs targets.

The AutoPlay Sales Pipeline is the perfect blend of an incredibly easy to use application that yields extremely powerful results. European Motor Distributors obviously agree and in 2014 we rolled out the Sales Pipeline throughout their Volkswagen and Audi dealership networks to help manage and report on lead, test drive and sales activity.

This involved deploying the Sales Pipeline to over 100 iPads and providing training throughout the network. The Sales Pipeline is proving an extremely effective tool for tracking network activity – which is achieved through an interface with EMD’s Microsoft CRM system. AutoPlay have implemented a number of customisations for EMD dealers including showing EMD stock within each dealers account, and allowing Sales Managers to request assistance from head office directly from their leads in the Sales Pipeline application.

Terms and Conditions

The parties enter into this contract for a Minimum Period of twelve (12) months from the Online Date.
If the Customer terminates this agreement prior to the expiry of the Minimum Period or the Further Term then AutoPlay Automotive Ltd shall have the right to charge a cancellation fee of:
i. An amount equal to two months of the Customer's advertising spend with AutoPlay Automotive Ltd.
After expiry of the Minimum Period either party may, within 30 days of the date of expiry, cancel this agreement on 14 days written notice to the other party. If such notice of cancellation is not given then the term of the contract shall be deemed to have been extended on a month by month basis.
All prices are to be "plus GST". The Customer shall pay goods and services tax and any other taxes at the applicable rate in addition to all sums specified (unless specified otherwise).
The payment for any services provided is due and payable, by way of automatic payment to the bank account of AutoPlay Automotive Ltd, One month in advance of the Services being provided (called "the payment date").
Payment of the Set-up Fee, as detailed on previous page, is to be made within 7 days of the date of this Agreement.
Should payment not be received by the payment date, AutoPlay Automotive Ltd reserves the right to suspend provision of the Services unless and until payment is made.
In no event will AutoPlay Automotive Limited be liable (whether in contract. tort including negligence or otherwise):
(i) For loss of revenue or profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or opportunity, loss of production, loss or corruption of data or wasted management or staff time; or
(ii) Loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever that is indirect, consequential, or of a special nature, arising directly or indirectly out of these terms, even if the Customer has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if such loss, damage, cost or expense was reasonably foreseeable by either party.
Autoplay recommends a minimum level of internet bandwidth / speed be present to optimize the apps performance. This service can be either of the following:
(i) 3G mobile data service
(ii) Wireless service (note this must be unaffected by the dealership firewalls, Autoplay will discuss this with your IT department)
