This article explains the CarSales diagnostic accordion, a panel that shows the raw lead data AutoPlay captures from a CarSales lead.
Dealerships with CarSales lead distribution enabled can expose the raw data saved when a new lead is created. This raw data may include extra fields in the JSON payload that are not displayed or mapped to a specific field within AutoPlay.
To turn on the diagnostic accordion, contact AutoPlay Support.
Provisioning
On the View Audit role, there is a role attribute called Carsales Diagnostics. Ticking this box makes the diagnostic accordion visible to every user in the account.
