AutoPlay sends an email notification whenever a new electronic lead is ingested. You can customise this notification template per dealership.
Customisation lets you bring the branding in line with your dealership and control the content that displays. You can set custom templates at either My Company or My Yard level.
Requesting a custom template
Custom lead notification templates are built by AutoPlay Support, not self-service. If you want a customised lead notification for your dealership account, contact the AutoPlay Support team.
