How Do I Copy An Existing Listing?

Copy an existing listing to save time re-entering details for a similar vehicle.

Steps

1. Open the listing you want to copy.
2. Click the three dots, then Listing, then Copy Listing.

3. Select the yard the new listing will appear in.
4. Enter a unique Stock No.
5. Enter the Reg No.
6. Tick Copy photos if you want the same photos carried across to the new listing.
7. Click ADD.

8. Complete any other relevant information on the new listing.
9. Click SAVE.

You can copy any existing listing this way, whether it is current, sold or on hold.
