What wholesaler quotes do
Wholesaler quotes let you request appraisal valuations from your wholesalers without leaving AutoPlay.
You can communicate through AutoPlay by email and SMS, which stores every message sent and received. You can also use a device's own email and SMS apps if you prefer to work outside AutoPlay.
Set up wholesaler contacts and groups so you can request quotes quickly. When you send a quote request by SMS through the AutoPlay gateway, your wholesaler can reply with a dollar sign and an amount, for example "$8500", and the wholesale quotes section on the appraisal updates automatically.
Note: Not every staff member needs to see wholesale quotes. A role management setting controls who can view this section.
