Closing a lead to a prospect retains the primary listing (SPW-13153)

Prospect records can now be associated with a specific vehicle. When you close a lead to a prospect and that lead has a primary listing attached, the vehicle carries across to the new prospect record automatically.

A new option downloads all images on an appraisal form and emails them to you.

Prospects added to the listings activity screen (SPW-12927)

The Listing Activity window now has a prospect accordion, so you can see the full history of actions on a vehicle in one place.

Driver licence expiry date can be made mandatory on test drive (SPW-13232)

You can now set the driver licence expiry date as a mandatory field before a test drive form can be saved.

Trade Me POA pricing option for non-car exports (SPW-12916)

Trade Me supports a POA (price on application) pricing option for trucks, boats and machinery. A new checkbox exports the listing price field with the correct information so it displays as POA.

Suppress options on lead exports (SPW-12988)

For detailed lead integration workflows, a new option lets you explicitly exclude specific lead sources and campaigns from the integration.

Assorted bug fixes and improvements

  • (AR-1120) Analytics source dropdowns were not showing group sources.
  • (SPW-13347) Using the delete icon to remove a primary listing did not allow a new listing to be added.
  • (SPW-13337) The road test notes section had a maximum character count applied. This has been increased.
